This dynamic mom/daughter duo of realtors is exactly who you want to work with when you are buying a home. My wife and I bought our first home 🏠 in May of 2024 with the Matsuda realtors and we had the best home buying experience. Olivia and Stacy were both well informed on the homes we would look at, knew our wants in a home, and were quick with communication while we worked together. The Matsuda Team is one of the BEST teams we've ever worked with!! So caring, helpful, knowledgeable, responsible and also reliable!! From helping us with selling our first home to getting us into our new one right on time for the starting of the new school year. I recently bought my first home with team Matusda. Being a first time homebuyer there was A LOT I didn’t know. Olivia was extremely gracious and spent a lot of time explaining things to me and making sure I was informed throughout the process. When she went on maternity leave Stacey helped to make the transition seamless for me. Even Bethan was a huge help to me constantly answering my questions and keeping me in the loop. This is an extremely personal and attentive team and I couldn’t recommend them more, especially if you are a first time home buyer!

Several years ago, I made a statement that when I was ready to buy a home I would use Stacey as a realtor. It took about 12 years to make good on that promise but when we began looking for a home, I couldn’t imagine a better person to help us. We needed someone that had a history here, someone that knew the area and the people, someone that had our best interests at heart from the beginning. Team Matsuda went out of their way to work with our schedules. From showing houses via FaceTime to showing up to do the walkthrough when we couldn’t be there and ensuring everything was done properly on the sellers end as well as ours. While there’s always a level of stress when home buying, Team Matsuda strives to make it as seamless of a transition as it can be.
